so my hearing date is near ..the case in san joaquin county and the dad lives five hrs from there and so do i. the child resides with me . she is 16mos. currently he wants sole custody . yes i am going to fight it. also i live with my boyfriend and his parents . now we are having problems and he is telling me that our living situation isnt working out for him. i cant move home because i love my man and i have to reestablish everything all over (childcare, child support, living situation, and school) my boyfriend have talked it over and now i feel a lot worse. i am willing to work it out with my new love and work out the custody battle. it has been very bad this last few days. my boyfriend cant stand it anymore the stress i mean (w his new career and everything) what should i do?

any sort of legal advice support is much needed
i feel as though everyone is working against me
i am not the victim my baby is the only one that is
so i want what is best for her
