Can I get an extra room for a child that I do not have custody or a custody agreement for at fort polk?

My daughter is almost 6 months old. Her father and I have never married and now are no longer together. He is a drug addict and I want to know what my rights are as her mother. Will full/sole custody default to me since I am her mother and she has been living with me from day one? I’m a bit scared that he will try to get some sort of visitation rights and I’m not comfortable with that because of his drug addiction. Can anyone tell me what my rights are?

child custody order ignored by court, what can I do?

I, the grandmother, have the sole, legal custody of granddaughter in VA the child’s home State. Father of child lives in PA and petitioned the PA court for modification of the original custody order issued in PA where the child was born and resided with her parents at the time. Mother of child had sole custody. He filed and was granted temporary custody issued by the PA court (not her home State) and enforced by the VA court through false allegations he made against the mother.
