Rocio B asked:

my husband and i were fighting for child custody but i dismissed it because he said that he loved me and would never let my kids be taking from me by him or his family. Now he said that he has evidence on me that i am a bad mother and that i want to leave him and take the kids from him and never let him see them.

If you are not a bad mother and not trying to take the children away from him I wouldn’t worry about it.

You must work out a court ordered agreement. It is the only enforceable way. You may both end up with joint custody, but as long as it is writing and supported by a court document, you are safe. In order for him to get custody, he still has to go through family court. So hand in there

    Restart you custody fight.
He will have to turn his evidenceover and family services will have to investigate.
If his allegations cannot be verified he will lose some credibility with the court.
Your only alternative is to try to work out a joint custody and visitation agreement.
