Im taking it that your divorce is final and the papers you speak of are the divorce decree papers. You can always petition the courts, after the divorce is final, for a hearing for remodification for child custody and/or support hearing and explain your case then. if youre still in the process of divorce then bring this up immediately as it will surely effect the outcome.

If you haven’t been to court for your final hearing yet, then yes, you can bring it up before the judge makes a final decree.

You will probably have to get a lawyer and re open the divorce and custody arrangement. if things have changed for the worst which is the way it sounds call the judges office and explain to them what happened and they can tell u the right procedures to go about changing the things u need done. but have documentation to prove what u are saying as it will be your word against your spouses.
