divorce
CSW asked:

My husband (soon to be ex husband) moved to the state of Mississippi about 6 months ago. We have decided to go seperate ways. We originally resided in Texas and that is where we were married. Can I file for divorce in Mississippi or do I need to go back to Texas to do so?

You file for divorce where you reside.

If neither one of you or your children resides in Texas, you will file where you currently reside. 6 months is more than sufficient to establish your residency in another state.
