Curious if sexually explicit photos have a mother having a 3 some even if she doesnt do it anymore help the father get custody of his kids. The photos were prior to his kids but had a 4 year old at the time. Photos were taken on weekends she didnt have child?

   I WOULD HOPE NOT. I THINK IF IT DID IT WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. ( I BELIEVE THAT A CHILD SHOULD BE WITH THE MOTHER NO MATTER WHAT WENT ON IN HER PAST. AS LONG AS ITS HER PAST.

   Doubtful. If the act wasn’t performed in front of the child, your chances are pretty slim. Add to that, by your own omission, that happened several years ago.

   Other then slinging some mud, I doubt that the pics would have any bearing on the outcome of the case…………

   NO it will not affect the custody case. Only would have done so had the child(ren) been there or not taken care of properly. As long as she had a reliable, responsible sitter you can’t use that against her.

   My ex tried that.. the judge thru it out of court.. it really just made my ex look petty and spiteful….

   No. A parent’s sexual activities have absolutely nothing to do with their parenting abilities. *********** and strippers also make very good parents if they aren’t hooked on drugs - and yes, they retain custody of their kids.
