little laho asked:

I divorced with my wife 10 years ago and now I want to amend the child custody from my ex-wife to me, how do I file the amend at the court? What forms do I need?

You need to hire a lawyer.

you would have to go down to the court house and ask. Every County is different.

You need a lawyer especially if your ex wife does not agree to the amendments. She could fight it in court and you would need one anyway, might as well have it done right in the first place.

You probably need a Lawyer to do it. If you and your ex are in agreement then it’s easy to do. If she has no clue to what you want to do then a Lawyer is your best bet. You would need to go to the Family court and explain it to the clerk and they could tell you what you need to do.
