   You can talk to a lawyer about putting an ad in the paper of the city where you last knew or think he is..The ad has to run for so long and if he does not respond in that time you fill out some papers and a judge will grant your divorce

   if you hurry and file and get him served he’s stuck.

   if you wait and file it’s more trouble but you can give notice by publication in most jurisdictions…
