    A divorce isn’t mutual….Tell the attorney you want the divorce even if he doesn’t.

    you can still go by what they call default. Just takes a little longer because they will want to make sure no ones rights are violated

    He does not need to sign for you to get a divorce. You can go to the courthouse and petition for a divorce without him. It may be contested but the judge will grant the divorce. The issues of children and property division, however, may be decided as you wish or not. That depends on the judge applying to law to the facts and circumstances of the divorce.
