Ok my husband filed for divorce end of July we had our waiting period and then he signed final papers last thursday to proceed with divorce and get court date. How long does it take to get court date for divorce?

   my divorce took about six months to be finalized. my mother in laws only took four months to finalize. it probably differs. im in az too.

   You do not state what county you live in AZ. Each county has a different schedule for hearing. After he signs and the papers are filed with the court if they did not give a date than, probably will mail you on in around 14days. I know when my daughter did hers and everything was filed by Oct. she had a court date by Dec. A lot depends on the court calendar and backlog. I will list Public Access to Court info all you need is your last name and first name to search it.
