I have a friend whose wife won’t sign divorce papers. She is not fighting about how to split the property up she just does not want the divorce because she knows he met someone else while they were separated and she does not want him to be with the other lady. What recourse does my friend have? This is in Idaho.

   Your friend can take her to court and a judge will make her sign it.
