He’s 26.This guy has been in the psych ward 2 times.He hallucinates,talks to himself,snaps out.He has bad hygiene,spends his money on weed,and his friends.He gets a ssi check each month for $637.00,someone else has to cash his check and manage his money. He’s trying to get custody of his 2 boys ages 2 and 4.The mother and father are going to court soon.The mother is a good hard working woman by the way.She’s my sister.She is 1 of the best mom’s I know.

   With the kind of record this guy has, does not sound like any sensible judge would award him custody, they would Absolutely have to be out of their mind!! Just tell your sister to stay clam while in court everything will be just fine!! Just tell her to make sure if the court does not know her ex’s record that she should come forward with it so the judge knows this is not a safe environment for the children. Good luck to your sister, i hope all goes well!!

   I doubt that they would give him custody. If they do, she should appeal it right away, because he is an entirely endangering the children, with his drug addiction, and lack of money. The children should always be put first.
   Although I understand that people with mental conditions can have children, the children (two and four) are not old enough to understand whats going on and the situation (the hallucinations talking to himself) could negatively affect them as they grow up, scare and even scar them.

   No judge in there right state of mind can give him custody of those kids this guy needs some serious help he really needs to work really hard on him self before he can even think about raising any kids he has a big problem and the very first one is the drug.This guy has no life.God Bless Him He Needs It
