    just like any domestic case will always favor the female, custody battles are no exeption. same with child support. there can be a support order in place and the man MUST pay or go to jail, even if the woman wont let him see his kids! in my state there is a 24 hour hotline for women to call and make complaints when they dont recieve child support, they investigate and a warrant is issued. but, if a man has full custody and he does anything wrong, like not let the mother have her visit, she complains and takes it straight to court and ends up getting her kids back cause the dad breached the agreement!

    i dont think its fair, as there are MANY MANY fathers that are more fit to be a parent than the mother is (for whatever reason, usually involving drugs or alcohol)

    i dont think the battles are fair and its very sad.
